Can I return more than one inkjet cartridge at once?

The Freepost label that we issue for the return of Canon inkjet cartridges are designed to be affixed to a box or envelope containing multiple cartridges. We would appreciate it if you could send at least five cartridges in each package.

Can I return non-Canon inkjet cartridges?

Only genuine Canon-manufactured inkjet cartridges can be returned to Canon for recycling. If you have non-Canon cartridges please contact the manufacturer or the place of purchase for recycling information and options.
